Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats


  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 TB maple syrup
  • Strawberries, chopped
  • Toppings: Nut Butter or Granola for that crunch factor👍🏽 My favorite is either Purely Elizabeth granola or this homemade banana bread granola.


  1. The night before combine all ingredients except for the granola or other toppings in a jar or bowl with a lid. 
  2. The next morning either eat cold (I prefer these kinds of overnight oats cold) or zap it in the microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute.
