Peanut Butter Pretzel Energy Balls
These are awesome for pre or post-workout snack, after lunch snack, healthy dessert — morning, evening, and everything in between!
1.5 cup rolled oats
1.5 cup gluten-free pretzels
3/4 cup any natural peanut butter (I used Wild Friend’s honey pretzel PB)
2 TB chia seeds
3 TB ground flax seed
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
3-4 TB coconut oil, softened
1/2 cup coconut flakes, toasted
In a food processor, pulse all ingredients until combined.
Form into little balls, store in the freezer or fridge.
