Peanut Butter Pretzel Energy Balls

These are awesome for pre or post-workout snack, after lunch snack, healthy dessert — morning, evening, and everything in between!



  • 1.5 cup rolled oats

  • 1.5 cup gluten-free pretzels

  • 3/4 cup any natural peanut butter (I used Wild Friend’s honey pretzel PB)

  • 2 TB chia seeds

  • 3 TB ground flax seed

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

  • 3-4 TB coconut oil, softened

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes, toasted


  1. In a food processor, pulse all ingredients until combined.

  2. Form into little balls, store in the freezer or fridge.
