Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

This thing is chock full of superfoods. Your body will love you for this!! And don’t be afraid of the chlorella - can’t taste it at ALL. It’s full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and can help fight inflammation in the body. I got this cheap package of chlorella on Amazon.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen zucchini chunks (can steam first before freezing for easier digestion)

  • 1 large frozen cauliflower floret (steamed first)

  • 5 frozen coconut meat pieces from Trader Joe’s

  • 1 big handful spinach

  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves (or a small splash of peppermint extract)

  • 1 TB cacao powder

  • 1 TB cacao nibs

  • 1 tsp chlorella

  • 1 scoop collagen

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla Paleo Pro protein powder (can sub any protein powder)

  • Enough almond milk to blend (can sub any milk)

Directions:

  1. Blend everything!

  2. Top with something crunchy like granola or cereal for ultimate yum.
