Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie
This thing is chock full of superfoods. Your body will love you for this!! And don’t be afraid of the chlorella - can’t taste it at ALL. It’s full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and can help fight inflammation in the body. I got this cheap package of chlorella on Amazon.
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen zucchini chunks (can steam first before freezing for easier digestion)
1 large frozen cauliflower floret (steamed first)
5 frozen coconut meat pieces from Trader Joe’s
1 big handful spinach
3-4 fresh mint leaves (or a small splash of peppermint extract)
1 TB cacao powder
1 TB cacao nibs
1 tsp chlorella
1 scoop collagen
1/2 scoop vanilla Paleo Pro protein powder (can sub any protein powder)
Enough almond milk to blend (can sub any milk)
Top with something crunchy like granola or cereal for ultimate yum.
