Jalapeño Mango Salsa

This fruity salsa tastes great as a topping for salmon, other fish, pork chops, jerk chicken, salads, wraps, etc, OR as a simple dip with tortilla chips. 

Makes about 3 cups

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 mangoes (I used 3), diced
  • 1/3 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Dash of salt & pepper 

Directions:

  1. Combine everything!
