Healthy(er) Nachos

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread chips out on microwavable-safe plate. Sprinkle cheese all over.
  2. Microwave for 27 seconds or until cheese is successfully melted.
  3. Top nachos with shredded chicken, refried lentils (or beans), salsa, guacamole, and peppers.
  4. Enjoy!
