Greek Yogurt Parfait
You can't get any simpler and easier and faster than this.
- Grab a single serving Greek yogurt container or scoop yourself a serving from a large Greek yogurt container/tub into a bowl. Preferably plain greek yogurt without all the added sugar. Sweeten it yourself with a little honey or stevia or stevia drops (my favorite is English Toffee Stevia Drops).
- Wash some fresh berries or chop up an apple.
- Mix in your favorite granola. Try making your own! Here's one of my favorite recipes: Banana Bread Granola
