Greek Yogurt Parfait

You can't get any simpler and easier and faster than this.

  1. Grab a single serving Greek yogurt container or scoop yourself a serving from a large Greek yogurt container/tub into a bowl. Preferably plain greek yogurt without all the added sugar. Sweeten it yourself with a little honey or stevia or stevia drops (my favorite is English Toffee Stevia Drops).
  2. Wash some fresh berries or chop up an apple.
  3. Mix in your favorite granola. Try making your own! Here's one of my favorite recipes: Banana Bread Granola
