Crockpot Pulled Pork Tenderloin

This recipe though >>>>

It is phenomenal.

'Nuff said.

  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin (I used 2 small tenderloins)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1.5 tablespoons of yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder or 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1 Shallot chopped

  1. Turn a crockpot on to low.
  2. In large measuring cup add all the ingredients for the marinade and whisk.
  3. Place tenderloin in crock pot and pour over the marinade.
  4. Cook on low for about 4 hours for two small tenderloins or about 5 hours for one large piece. If you can, flip the meat once or twice while it cooks so that the marinade can get everywhere.
  5. When it's done cooking, shred with two forks and let sit in all the juices for a 5-10 more minutes on the "warm" setting. Or you can slice the meat and serve it that way, pouring the juices over the meat.
